All equipment shipped F.O.B. shipping point collect.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. All damages and shortages must be called into the trucker immediately. All damaged products must be kept for the trucker to inspect. At that time you will file a claim with your trucker. As a courtesy, please contact RapidSHIP personnel with this information.

Returns
To return merchandise, you must call RapidSHIP personnel for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Include with your return a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Any claims for discrepancies must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

Restocking Fees
A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise. The freight must be prepaid for all merchandise returned.
