V-Bottom Belt Live Roller APC® Conveyor

Model 1274 Automatic Pressure Conveyor (APC) is a one direction cam operated roller accumulation conveyor. Roller driving force is supplied by a 4" wide V-bottom belt which is pressed against the rollers by cam assemblies. When a sensor roller is depressed, the pressure cams in the upstream zone stop flat side up and the belt drops away from the rollers thus permitting accumulation.

Center Drive: 8" diameter drive pulley with a 1-½" diameter shaft

Belt Take-up: 54" of manual screw take-up in center drive

Motor: ½ hp C-Face, 208/230/460/480 volt, 60 cycle, 3 phase, totally enclosed

End Pulley: 4" diameter pulley with a 1" diameter axle

Rollers: Carrier and sensor - 1.9" diameter, 16 gage galvanized with plated bearing shell, steel balls, unsealed and greased

Axles: 7/16" hex steel on 3" or 4" centers

Cams: Exert belt pressure under carrier rollers on 6" or 8" centers

Belt: 4" wide V-bottom black PVC
