The products offered in this catalog have been designed and manufactured with safety features using nationally recognized safety standards and industry safety practices as guidelines. Under no circumstances should these safety features be altered or removed from the product.
It is the responsibility of the buyer/user to apply, electrically control, install, operate and maintain the product in a proper and safe manner. Additionally, the buyer/user should provide continuous operational and maintenance training to their personnel in the proper and safe use of conveyors and ancillary equipment. Should the buyer/user require assistance regarding these responsibilities, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CATALOG. Call your local dealer for your nearest Rapistan Systems office prior to ordering these products.
The buyer/user should consult with the current American National Standard -- ASME B20.1 -- Safety Standards for Conveyors and Related Equipment and other applicable federal, state and local regulations (including OSHA) with respect to the installation and use of the conveyor and ancillary equipment.
