A horizontal steel plate surfaced with a series of transfer balls, each riding on a bed of small balls all encased in a single cup-shaped base. The transfer ball moves freely in any direction as product moves on the plate. Ball transfer plates are mounted inside conveyor channel replacing the rollers, and are used in conjunction with adjoining 1.4" or 1.9" gravity roller conveyor. They are appropriate for manual diverting or rotating, or at a workstation or inspection operation.

10 gage galvanized steel frame. 1" diameter balls, 50 pound capacity each.
Use with Model 200 - 1.4" and 1.9" diameter Gravity Roller Conveyor.
Plates mount inside conveyor channel replacing the rollers.
